Mr. Johnson is the Managing Partner of The Solomon Group LLC, a management consulting firm that provides business management, individual and organizational transformation and business intelligence. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Robert was the Franchise Relations Officer for McDonald’s Corporation’s Central Division. He was responsible for being an advocate for the McDonald’s System and providing leadership to strengthen the relationship between McDonald’s and its Owner/Operators.  He was also responsible for resolving conflicts between the Company and its Owner/Operators and represented the Black McDonald’s Owner Operators.

Mr. Johnson is a recipient of the 2009 Chicago United Business Leaders of Color Award, the 2008 Council on Legal Educational Opportunity Legacy Diversity Award,  the 2006 National Eagle Leadership Institute and Career Focus Magazine Eagle Award,  the McDonald’s Corporation 2003 Shining Light Award. Mr. Johnson received his Juris Doctorate for the University of Illinois College of law and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Business Administration, and Sociology and Anthropology from Knox College.

Marvis Donalson is a strategic thinker focused on delivering results and creating value for client and customers. Known for building strong relationships and inspiring high performing teams, Marvis brings energy, integrity and compassion to her clients as they work together to realize key goals. As a Sales Executive with a record of success in Business Development, Marvis has been delivering exceptional results for over 25 years. She has a reputation for leading with strong management skills, and delivering increased revenues and profits through people.

Prior to The Solomon Group, Marvis was an Executive-on-Loan from The Coca-Cola Company with the Women’s Foodservice Forum. In this role, Marvis focused on the day-to-day management of existing partnerships and on generating new relationships. She was also directed the development and implementation of sales strategies to successfully attract and retain corporate partners for the program. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Marvis graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Tech University. She has lived throughout the United States, and has called the Chicago area home for over 17 years.

Christa Chambers-Price is a military intelligence Army veteran and former FBI analyst. For over 20 years, she has been an award-winning designer, brand strategist and marketing professional. Her work has been used from corporations like Bank of America, to startup incubators like StartCo and faculty at Harvard University. As the founder of Entre-SLAM, a business storytelling venture, she has combined her training to help brands discover and own their unique competitive advantage. Since 2012, Entre-SLAM has worked with over 1,000 first and second stage companies and has developed the Business Story Generator Canvas, a mapping tool that captures a brand's journey and its unique narrative. Recognized by CNN/Fortune, Entre-SLAM pushes to ensure game changing results for the both the brand and the visionaries behind it. Christa holds a BA from The University of Michigan with an emphasis on English Literature and the Russian language.

After making his living in theater for 10+ years, Dave Hunter moved into the video production world armed with a wealth of visual storytelling experience.  For years he has traveled the world producing videos for businesses and non-profits for marketing, training, and advertising purposes.  He loves taking boring content and making it look interesting, and he specializes in messaging and storytelling with strong visual impact.
